My journey

My professional career began with an apprenticeship as a bank clerk, followed by a degree in economics in Fribourg (Switzerland).

With a French-German license in my pocket, I entered the world of management consulting, followed by in-house consulting at a major bank. During this time, I managed projects such as setting up branches abroad and post-merger integrations in Asia.

After years in banking, I ventured into the
industry – as Director Finance & Controlling, I was responsible for the refinancing and optimisation of commercial processes at
a family-run company.

Since 2015 I work freelance as a Corporate Finance architect I Freelance CFO and have been transforming commercial processes to the challenges of a digital world and big data.

My approach is end-to-end: from strategic planning to operational execution . I juggle the numbers and love to use them to empower decision making.
I work to create clarity, structure and financial strength.
